sUSTAINABILITY

In 2006 we created the role of Sustainability Officer and gave this to one of our drivers, a keen environmentalist and he has helped transform our approach to sustainability.



He oversaw Voyager becoming a carbon - neutral chauffeur service and we became the first in Europe and only the second such service in the world. 



We began by offsetting our carbon as a company at our own expense and invested in reforestation schemes, solar and wind technologies and in carbon capture projects. This was all done through The Carbon-Neutral company.



Under his leadership we have now become accountable for the carbon usage in the office.



Having been the first to adopt a Tesla at Voyager he has led the focus away from carbon-offset (through a third party) and helped with the procurement of electric vehicles and we now have four Tesla model ‘S’ executive models. 



This way we have been able to invest our funds to help us to buy more electric vehicles. The ambition at Voyager is to become 100% electric by 2025.
